About the format

Our documentary follows a 20-minute structure of musical performances and interviews with our talent. We want to showcase the passion behind the music that brings to life the canals of Amsterdam.  Decor and set will be minimal; we want to work with what the city has: canals, markets, parks, and squares full of lively music, everything from classical to more modern hits. Our aesthetic choices emphasise emotional depth, the community behind the music, and the emotions it creates. The musicians we follow have deep ties to their art and a passion that can't be denied. Join us for the ride! With their help, we will show you what the music of Amsterdam is all about, and who the people are making it heard.
